Mr. Kanesh Sundrum

Kanesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in law from University of Bristol, England and a Masters degree in law from Queen's College, University of Cambridge, England specialising in Commercial Law. He was practising in a leading commercial law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to the setting up of this firm.

Kanesh was called to the Bar in 1998 and has been in active legal practice since then. He concentrates on Civil Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Local Government and Securities Transactions matters.

Kanesh advises public corporations, private limited companies, co-operative societies, local authorities, public universities and a host of other business entities.

Kanesh lectures in the areas of Contract, Company, Commercial and Property laws and is the author of several legal publications. He is an external examiner in the faculty of business and law at Multimedia University.

Kanesh is a certified Mediator and a Notary Public.



Ms. Amutha Suppayah

Amutha holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of London and was with a corporate commercial law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining this firm.

Amutha was called to the Bar in 1999 and has been in active legal practice since then. She concentrates mainly on Conveyancing and Property matters. She also handles Banking, Probate & Administration and other Land matters.

Amutha routinely carries out corporate conveyancing projects for our institutional clients.



Ms. Jessica Ram Binwani

Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in law from University Malaya and was with a mixed practice law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining this firm.

Jessica was called to the Bar in 1996 and has been in active practice since then. Her main area of practice is litigation in administrative and constitutional law, tort including medical and other forms of negligence, housing development and land, environmental law, consumer law, contract and laws pertaining to indigenous land rights.

Jessica is a legal advisor to the Malaysian Medical Council, Ministry of Health Malaysia, as well as to local non-governmental organizations in relation to consumer and environmental legal issues. Jessica has also undertaken research in areas involving housing, tenancy, strata titles and insurance with a view to law reform.



Ms. M. Sarguna Kumaari

Kumaari holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of London and was with a mixed practice law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining this firm.

Kumaari was called to the Bar in 1998. Since then, she has been actively involved in litigation in the areas of civil, administrative, constitutional, environmental and consumer law and human rights. Besides litigation, Kumaari also handles conveyancing and company secretarial matters.

Kumaari has been involved in research with regard to draft legislation, promoting consumer awareness and educating the public at large on environment and human rights issues.



Cik. Nurul Jannah Binti Zakariah

Jannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
Jannah handles general civil litigation matters.
