Our conveyancing department handles both individual and corporate conveyancing. We have a team of highly skilled staff who carry out property sale and purchase, leasing, loan and other security documentation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution


Alternative dispute resolution has been gaining momentum as a practical and commercially sound alternative to court litigation. In light of the fact that our clientele consists mainly of corporate entities, our firm has increasingly become involved in alternative dispute resolution matters.

Our alternative dispute resolution practice handles both arbitration and mediation matters across a broad spectrum of disputes.

Our corporate & commercial department handles corporate advisorial and drafting matters. Our clientele include investment banks, securities trading firms, factories, private hospitals, co-operative societies, high end service provides, foreign corporations, trading houses, local authorities, public companies and private companies.

We have been involved in preparing construction agreements, securities transaction agreements, shareholder agreements, leasing agreements, international trade agreements, business sale agreements, joint-venture agreements and a variety of other commercial agreements. We have also advised on take-overs, mergers, share sale transactions and cross border investments. We are retained by several local and foreign companies for provision of legal advise on a continuous basis.




Company Secretarial


Our company secretarial practice supplements and supports our corporate and commercial department. This enables us to offer our corporate clients a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial support services.

Our services include incorporation of companies, application for registration of branch offices of foreign corporations, securing relevant operation licenses from local authorities, facilitating registration with relevant organisations such as the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and necessary Ministries.
